How buying works
- Can I inspect before I buy? Yes, by appointment in Melbourne: at our storage in Mickleham, or where the excavator is working that week. Hours and serial are read off the machine at inspection, pin sizes and fit are confirmed before anything is invoiced, and parts are pulled, inspected and photographed before you pay.
- Do you freight Australia-wide? Yes. Collect from Melbourne by appointment, or we crate and freight anywhere in Australia at cost, quoted on the part.
- Why are most prices on application? Apart from the breaker hire rate, we quote once we have confirmed the item is available and know what you need. Email the item and your machine, and we confirm availability and price together.
